Everyday Allies is for individuals who want to better support an LGBTQ+ friend, family member, or colleague, or just be a supportive community member! 

Part 1 focuses on...

• Disparities and Triumphs of LGBTQ+ community members

• The Basics: The difference between sex assigned at birth, sexual orientation, and gender

• Common vocabulary relevant to LGBTQ+ communities

• Understanding and practicing correct pronoun usage, what to do when you use the wrong pronouns, and how to correct others when they use the wrong pronouns

• Practice scenarios

• Question and answer

This event will be in person in Helena and online. A link will be sent the day of the event to join the training online.
